NATU is an environmental drilling-fluid approach built around modified natural materials, encapsulation, inhibition and fluid-loss control.
Product information
The route can combine NAT20 natural polymer fluid-loss additive with IND30 natural polymer encapsulator and IND10 encapsulator in fresh-water, salt-water and high-salinity water-based systems. It is intended to reduce reliance on conventional sulfonated, synthetic polymer and oil-based treatment materials while providing options for shale inhibition, cuttings encapsulation, filter-cake quality and reservoir protection.
