Grow with people who solve real oilfield problems

Join PECOME in domestic oilfield regional business, international country or regional business, oilfield chemistry technology development, and field technical service. We value technical competence, learning ability, responsibility, customer understanding, and long-term commitment.

PECOME

Create practical value across technology, field execution, and markets

Roles at PECOME connect R&D, manufacturing, quality control, field service, domestic customers, and international projects. A customer visit, a technical discussion, a test result, or a field review can help products and solutions serve complex well conditions more effectively.

We welcome people who are willing to work with real problems, understand technical evidence, respect customer needs, and turn expertise into practical value.

PECOME oilfield project and customer application scenario
01

Evidence-based technology

From sample evaluation and formulation optimization to manufacturing and field review, work is grounded in data, performance, and deliverability.

02

Growth in real scenarios

Deep wells, complex wells, shale oil and gas, reservoir protection, and responsible water-based systems help people develop practical judgment.

03

Closed-loop collaboration

R&D, production, quality, field, and commercial teams work together, with field feedback returning to the laboratory and manufacturing process.

04

Responsibility first

Oilfield chemistry requires safety, environmental awareness, quality discipline, and respect for customer confidentiality. Professional work must be reliable.

Growth Paths

Three paths connecting technology, field execution, and markets

Technology and Products

Work on product development and system evaluation across organic salts, natural polymers, nano plugging, nonfluorescent wellbore stability, high-temperature fluid-loss control, reservoir protection, and stimulation fluids.

Field and Engineering

Support customers in drilling, completion, workover, and fracturing applications, and learn how technical indicators become executable field programs.

Regional and International Business

Develop technical communication, project follow-up, customer relationships, and commercial coordination across key oilfield regions and selected overseas markets.

Technology development and field service roles most directly reflect the loop of laboratory evaluation, product development, field validation, and continuous improvement. Domestic and international business roles connect mature products, technical evidence, and service capability with customer projects.

01

Domestic Oilfield Regional Manager

Manage customer relationships, project follow-up, product promotion, technical communication, and commercial coordination in key oilfield regions in China.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Chinese oilfield customers, drilling and completion workflows, or oilfield chemical product markets.
  • Capability in regional customer development, project tracking, technical exchange, and business negotiation.
  • Ability to coordinate technical, manufacturing, logistics, and field-service resources to deliver projects.
  • Experience in oilfield services, chemical sales, drilling-fluid service, or regional business development is preferred.
  • Result-oriented and able to manage travel and multiple projects.
02

International Country or Regional Manager

Develop overseas country or regional markets, support agents and customers, prepare technical materials, follow projects, and coordinate cross-cultural business communication.

Requirements

  • Business-level English communication for product introductions, technical exchange, and email correspondence.
  • Knowledge of international oil and gas markets, oilfield services, drilling-fluid chemicals, or energy-industry trade is preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate samples, technical documents, quotations, delivery, and after-sales support for specific country or regional needs.
  • Experience in the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Russia, or overseas oilfield projects is preferred.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, long-term customer maintenance, and proactive market-development ability.
03

Technology Development

Develop, evaluate, and document oilfield chemical products, drilling and completion fluid systems, reservoir-protection fluids, sealing and inhibition technologies, responsible water-based systems, and stimulation fluids.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, applied chemistry, polymer materials, petroleum engineering, oilfield chemistry, or related fields.
  • Ability to design experiments, organize data, evaluate formulations, and prepare technical reports.
  • Experience with drilling fluids, completion fluids, fracturing fluids, oilfield additives, environmental evaluation, or reservoir protection is preferred.
  • Ability to connect field problems with material screening, system optimization, and technical review.
  • Careful, responsible, collaborative, and willing to keep learning.
04

Field Service

Provide field technical support for drilling, completion, workover, and stimulation operations, including fluid maintenance, material application, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Background in petroleum engineering, drilling fluids, oilfield chemistry, chemical engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Willingness to work at field sites and travel when required, with strong safety and service awareness.
  • Experience with routine mud testing, field reporting, material dosage, and fluid maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, rig teams, mud engineers, and internal technical teams.
  • Ability to record, report, analyze, and help resolve complex field conditions while respecting safety and customer confidentiality.
